To ensure uninterrupted service, all anime mail subscriptions are renewed automatically, using the credit card on file. Standard and promotional subscriptions are billed in one payment at the time of purchase and renew at the end of the initial term.
You can cancel your subscription at any time, no questions asked. Anime mail’s cancel anytime policy means you can turn off the automatic renewal for your subscription via the payment portal you signed up with whenever you’d like, while keeping your anime mail daily until your next billing date. Payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.
If you would like us to cancel your subscription for you please send us the email address that is currently receiving anime mail daily or the mail address lnked to thw payemnt provider you used to sign up for our service; please send these details to our Submit a request form found on our about us page.
